An automation follows fixed rules (when a form is filled, add a row and send a WhatsApp). A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An AI agent is given a goal and tools — your CRM, catalogue, email or ERP — and decides the steps itself, within the guardrails and approvals you set. Many real systems combine all three.

Most small and mid-sized businesses should start with Odoo or ERPNext configured to their process, plus custom modules where the business is genuinely different. A fully custom ERP makes sense when your workflow is your competitive advantage or off-the-shelf licences and workarounds cost more than building. We recommend after mapping your process.

We are model-agnostic: Claude, GPT, Gemini and open-source models are chosen per task on accuracy, cost, speed and data-residency needs, and orchestrated with tools such as n8n, Make, LangGraph or custom code. Your data stays in your accounts, and every agent is logged and evaluated.

Systems are built with role-based access, encrypted connections, audit logs and human approval for sensitive actions, and use model providers' business terms that do not train on your data. Customer data stays in your own cloud accounts, and we document exactly what each agent can read and do.

A focused AI agent or automation is usually live in two to six weeks. An Odoo or ERPNext implementation takes six to sixteen weeks depending on modules and data migration, and a custom ERP or software platform is delivered in phases, with the first module live in eight to twelve weeks.
