The service

What is Campaign Planning (Festive & Launch)?

Campaign planning is the work of taking one message to market across every channel at once — outdoor, digital ads, social content, influencers, cinema, in-store and on-ground — for a fixed period such as Diwali, a product launch or a season, with one budget, one key visual and one measure of success. A 360° campaign is the opposite of posting a festive creative and hoping.

At gaa-tha a campaign starts with the idea and the number it must move — footfall, launch bookings, orders — and then works backwards to the media plan. Because reels, AI ads, design, Meta ads, influencer management and cinema films are all in-house, the same key visual can become a store-front hoarding, an auto-rickshaw wrap, a reel, a WhatsApp broadcast and a cinema ad without three agencies in the loop.

Process

How we work

Five steps, in the order they happen.

01

Objective and budget

We agree what the campaign must move — footfall, bookings, orders — the dates, the cities and the total budget, then set the one number it will be judged on.

02

Idea and key visual

One campaign idea, headline and key visual are developed and approved, with adaptations planned for every size from a reel to a hoarding.

03

Media plan

Budget is split across outdoor, Meta ads, influencers, cinema and in-store based on where your buyers are during the campaign window, with vendor quotes shown transparently.

04

Produce and launch

Creative is produced in batches, outdoor is printed and installed, creators are briefed, ads and cinema slots go live to the calendar, and store staff are briefed.

05

Monitor and report

Ads and content are optimised daily during the window, and a post-campaign report compares reach, enquiries, footfall or orders with the plan and records what to repeat.

Questions about Campaign planning

Answer-first, so humans and AI assistants get the point quickly.

A 360° campaign runs one message across every channel a buyer meets during a fixed window — outdoor, digital ads, social, influencers, cinema, in-store and on-ground — with one budget, one key visual and one measure of success. gaa-tha plans and produces the whole thing with one in-house team so nothing gets lost between vendors.

At least six to eight weeks before the festive window opens, and earlier if outdoor placements or cinema slots are involved because good positions book out. Planning and creative take three to four weeks; production, printing and installation need the rest. The same applies to Navratri, Rakhi and wedding-season campaigns.

It depends on the cities, the channels and how much production is new, so we plan to the budget you have rather than a minimum. A campaign in one city can be built around store-front branding, a few auto-rickshaws, reels, local creators and Meta ads; a multi-city launch adds hoardings, cinema and more creators. The media plan shows every line before you commit.

Yes. We design the artwork, get quotes from printing and outdoor vendors, coordinate municipal permissions where required, schedule installation and check the placements are up, and the vendor costs are shown transparently in the media plan.

For retail, sweets, real estate and local services, yes — a cinema screen in the right multiplex or single-screen puts a large, undistracted local audience in front of a 20–30 second film with no skip button. We produce the film and book the screens by locality so the spend follows your catchment.

By one primary number agreed upfront — footfall, bookings, orders or enquiries — plus channel diagnostics: reach and cost per result for ads, creator reach and codes, WhatsApp keyword responses, store-level sales during the window and branded search volume. The post-campaign report compares all of it with the plan.

Yes. Launch campaigns follow the same method: a launch idea and key visual, teaser and launch phases, site or store branding, Meta lead ads or footfall ads, local creators, WhatsApp follow-up and an opening-day activation, reported on site visits, bookings or first-week sales.

That is fine. Many campaigns are digital-only — reels, Meta ads, creators and WhatsApp — and we scope them the same way, with one idea, one calendar and one report. Outdoor, cinema and on-ground can be added later when the budget or the occasion calls for it.
