The service

What is Influencer & UGC Marketing?

Influencer marketing is partnering with creators who already have an audience's trust so they feature a brand in their own content; UGC (user-generated content) marketing is commissioning authentic, creator-made videos and photos for the brand to use in its own ads, pages and listings. The first borrows an audience, the second borrows a voice — and the strongest campaigns use both.

At gaa-tha creator work is planned like media, not like a favour. We shortlist creators by audience fit and real engagement rather than follower count, write briefs and scripts that keep the message on-strategy while leaving room for the creator's style, negotiate usage rights upfront, and track every collaboration with codes and links so the report shows enquiries and sales, not just views.

Scope

What's included

  • Creator discovery and vetting — audience location, demographics, engagement quality and past brand work
  • Campaign strategy — objective, creator tiers (nano, micro, macro), formats and budget split
  • Briefs, scripts and hooks for each creator, with brand do's and don'ts
  • Negotiation, contracts and usage-rights agreements for paid and barter collaborations
  • Collab reels and Instagram page collaborations so content appears on both profiles
  • UGC video production — creator-shot testimonials, unboxings and demos for ads and product pages
  • Product seeding, shipping coordination and content approval rounds
  • Tracking codes, UTM links and WhatsApp keywords per creator
  • ASCI-compliant disclosure guidance for every post
  • Performance report on reach, engagement, clicks, codes redeemed and cost per result

Process

How we work

Five steps, in the order they happen.

01

Objective and creator map

We agree what the campaign must do — awareness in a city, launches, sales — and build a shortlist of creators whose audience actually matches yours.

02

Vetting and outreach

Shortlisted creators are checked for real engagement and audience location, then contacted with a clear offer, timeline and usage terms.

03

Briefs and production

Each creator receives a brief, hooks and a script outline; UGC creators shoot to a shot list and we edit where the content will run as ads.

04

Publish and amplify

Content goes live on schedule as collab posts, and the best-performing pieces are boosted or run as Meta ads with the rights already secured.

05

Track and report

Codes, links and platform insights are collected into one report on reach, engagement and tracked enquiries or sales, with recommendations for the next round.

Questions about Influencer & UGC

Answer-first, so humans and AI assistants get the point quickly.

Influencer marketing pays a creator to feature your brand on their own profile, so you reach their audience. UGC (user-generated content) pays a creator or customer to make authentic-looking video or photos that you publish on your own channels, ads and product pages. gaa-tha runs both, often in the same campaign, with usage rights sorted upfront.

It ranges from product-only barter for nano creators to significant fees for macro creators and celebrities, and it changes with platform, format, exclusivity and usage rights. We share a rate card for your shortlist before anything is committed and plan the creator mix to your budget rather than the other way round.

By audience fit first — where their followers live, their age and interests — and then by engagement quality: comments that read like real people, view-to-follower ratios and consistency across recent posts. We check past brand collaborations and audience location data before proposing anyone.

Only if the agreement says so, which is why usage rights are negotiated before the shoot. We specify where the content can be used (ads, website, marketplace listings, in-store screens), for how long, and whether the creator's face and name can appear in paid media.

Each creator gets a unique code, link or WhatsApp keyword, and we combine that with platform insights to report reach, engagement, profile visits, clicks, codes redeemed and cost per result. For awareness campaigns we also track branded search and follower growth during the campaign window.

Yes, particularly with nano and micro creators and local city influencers, where product, meals or experiences are a fair exchange. Barter works best for seeding and reviews; for guaranteed deliverables, timelines and usage rights, a paid agreement is more reliable.

Yes. ASCI guidelines in India require clear disclosure such as #ad or #collab on paid or barter collaborations. We include the disclosure in every brief and check it before posts go live.

It depends on the objective. A city launch might use ten to twenty nano and micro creators for saturation; a product launch might pair a few category creators with a batch of UGC videos for ads. We size the mix to budget and reach goals in the plan, not to a fixed package.
