The service
What is Amazon Account Management?
Amazon account management is the ongoing operation of a brand's Seller Central account: keeping listings optimised and unsuppressed, running Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display ads, planning prices, coupons and Lightning Deals, forecasting inventory and FBA shipments, protecting account health, managing reviews and reconciling payments against fees and returns. It is a weekly operating rhythm, not a one-time setup.
At gaa-tha every Amazon account is run by a named account manager against one number agreed with you — usually net margin after fees, ads and returns. Listings, ads and deals are decisions made in service of that number, and the monthly review shows sales, Amazon fees, ad spend, returns and what is left, SKU by SKU.

Process
How we work
Five steps, in the order they happen.
Audit and baseline
We review listings, ads, account health, inventory and the last three months of settlement reports, then agree the target number and the SKUs that matter most.
Fix the catalogue
Suppressed or weak listings are repaired first: attributes, images, A+ content and search terms, so ads and deals are not spent on pages that do not convert.
Ads and deals
Campaigns are restructured by product and intent, budgets set against ACoS and TACoS targets, and coupons, deals and event participation planned on a calendar.
Inventory and health
A rolling forecast drives FBA shipments and safety stock; account health metrics are watched weekly and issues answered before they become suspensions.
Report and review
A weekly scorecard keeps the team honest; the monthly review shows sales, fees, ads, returns and net margin per SKU, and sets the plan for the next month.

Questions about Amazon management
Answer-first, so humans and AI assistants get the point quickly.
It runs your Seller Central account day to day: listing content and A+ updates, advertising, pricing and deals, inventory and FBA shipments, account health, reviews, payment reconciliation and reporting. gaa-tha does this on a monthly retainer with a named account manager, and you keep full ownership of the account.
With a rolling forecast built from sell-through, lead times and upcoming events, translated into FBA shipment plans and safety stock per SKU. We watch the Inventory Performance Index and ageing stock so storage fees do not creep up, and flag stock-outs before they cost rank.
Yes, where a brand sells to Amazon as a vendor. We confirm purchase orders, coordinate shipments and shipment notices, track fill rate, and dispute chargebacks and shortage claims, alongside the seller-side work if you run both.
From a margin floor per SKU that accounts for referral, closing, fulfilment and return costs. Coupons, Lightning Deals and event pricing are planned to hit rank and volume goals without going below that floor, and we track whether a deal actually produced incremental sales.
It depends on your gross margin and what the ad is for: a launch campaign can run at a higher ACoS to build rank and reviews, while a mature SKU should sit well inside its margin. We set targets per campaign and report TACoS (total ad spend against total sales) so growth in organic sales is visible.
Within Amazon's policies: automated review requests through Seller Central, Amazon Vine for eligible new products, prompt replies to buyer messages, and fixes to the product, packaging or listing when the same complaint keeps appearing. We never buy reviews or offer incentives for them.
Yes. Settlement reports are matched to orders, fees, refunds and returns every cycle, and we file claims for lost, damaged or unreturned FBA inventory. Missed reimbursements are one of the most common leaks in an Amazon account.
A P&L-style view — sales, Amazon fees, ad spend, returns and net margin — by SKU, plus organic rank for target keywords, conversion rate, account health, stock cover and rating trend. It ends with the plan for the next month: what we will launch, cut, reprice or advertise.
