The service
What is Flipkart Minutes & Amazon Now Onboarding?
Flipkart Minutes and Amazon Now onboarding is the process of getting a brand's products stocked and visible on the 10-minute delivery services run by Flipkart and Amazon. Unlike Blinkit or Zepto, both are extensions of an existing marketplace: a brand needs an approved seller account with the right brand and category approvals, then enrols into the quick-commerce programme and arranges stock for the platform's local dark stores. Flipkart Minutes launched in 2024 and Amazon Now followed in 2025, and both are still expanding city by city.
gaa-tha runs the whole sequence, starting from wherever you are. If you already sell on Flipkart or Amazon we audit the account, brand approvals and listings, then handle programme enrolment, catalogue adaptation, stocking and go-live. If you do not, we set up the seller account and brand approvals first. Flipkart Minutes reaches beyond grocery into electronics accessories, mobiles, fashion basics and gifting; Amazon Now leans on Amazon's everyday-essentials and beauty range and its Prime base, so we plan the lead SKUs per platform.

How we work
Five steps, in the order they happen.
Audit and eligibility
We review your existing Flipkart and Amazon accounts, brand approvals and listings, or plan the seller setup from scratch, and check each programme's category rules.
Documents and enrolment
The document pack is verified, seller and brand approvals completed, and enrolment into Flipkart Minutes and Amazon Now submitted and followed up.
Catalogue for quick commerce
Titles, thumbnails and attributes are adapted for the 10-minute browsing context, with pack sizes and combos chosen for it.
Cities and stocking
Launch cities are agreed, stock is planned for the platform's local fulfilment points and the first inbound coordinated with your warehouse.
Go-live and handover
Quick-commerce listings are checked live and available in each launch city, and the account moves to monthly management or your team.

Questions about Flipkart Minutes & Amazon Now
Answer-first, so humans and AI assistants get the point quickly.
The same core pack as the parent marketplaces: GST registration, PAN, bank proof, a trademark certificate or brand authorisation letter, FSSAI licence for food and beverages, and any category licence such as cosmetics approvals. Brand-gated categories on Amazon need Brand Registry or brand approval, and Flipkart needs its brand approval for restricted categories. We share a current checklist per programme.
Yes. Both programmes sit on top of the marketplace seller systems, so an approved seller account with the right category and brand approvals comes first. If you already have one, onboarding is faster; if not, we set it up as the first step and it adds a few weeks.
Usually 2–5 weeks per platform for an existing seller with approvals in place, and 4–8 weeks if the seller account and brand approvals have to be created first. Programme availability in your category and cities is the main variable, because both services are still opening cities.
Both run on marketplace commissions plus quick-commerce specific charges or stocking arrangements that vary by category, city and programme and change over time. We do not quote fixed figures; we get the current structure for your category and explain it before you commit.
Grocery, snacks and beverages, personal care and beauty, baby and pet care, home and kitchen essentials on both. Flipkart Minutes also carries electronics accessories, mobiles, fashion basics and gifting, and Amazon Now draws on Amazon's everyday-essentials and beauty catalogue. We choose lead SKUs per platform rather than copying one range to both.
Flipkart Minutes operates in major metros including Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Pune and keeps adding cities. Amazon Now launched in Bengaluru and has been expanding to Delhi NCR, Mumbai and further cities. Coverage changes quickly, so we confirm live cities for your category at the time of onboarding.
We confirm the quick-commerce listings are live and searchable in each launch city, check pricing, thumbnails and pack-size titles, verify stock is showing as available at the local fulfilment points, and set up the availability tracker. The account then moves into monthly management or to your own team with an SOP.
If you already sell on Flipkart or Amazon, adding their quick-commerce programmes is the lowest-effort expansion because the seller account, brand approvals and catalogue already exist. If you are new to all of them, Blinkit and Zepto usually come first for grocery and FMCG. We plan the order by platform and city with you.
