The service
What is Reels & Short-form Video?
Short-form video is vertical video of roughly 90 seconds or less made for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and similar feeds, where the platform decides who sees it based on how long people watch, whether they rewatch, and whether they save or share it. A reel earns reach by holding attention, not by being posted.
gaa-tha treats every reel as a small piece of engineering: a hook written for the first second, a structure that gives a reason to keep watching, captions for sound-off viewing, and a clear next step. Content pillars are set monthly, shoots are planned so one day on the ground yields a full batch, and each batch is reviewed on retention, saves and shares before the next one is scripted.

Process
How we work
Five steps, in the order they happen.
Pillars and calendar
We define three to five content pillars from your positioning and audience, then plan a month of reels against them.
Script
Every reel gets a written hook, beat-by-beat structure and CTA. You approve scripts before anyone picks up a camera.
Shoot
One planned shoot day covers a batch — your outlet, factory, site or a founder on camera — with a shot list that makes the edit fast.
Edit and deliver
Reels are cut with captions, sound design and brand-matched colour, delivered in three to seven days with cover frames and captions ready to post.
Review and refine
Each month we read retention curves, saves, shares and profile visits, keep what works, and rewrite the next calendar around it.

Good to know
Questions about Reels
Answer-first, so humans and AI assistants get the point quickly.
Watch time. Instagram distributes reels that people watch to the end, rewatch, save or share, so the first second has to promise something, the middle has to keep delivering, and the length has to match the idea. Consistent posting and a recognisable format help both the algorithm and the audience know what to expect from you.
Eight to twelve is a realistic starting point for most brands — two to three a week is enough to learn what works without burning the team out. Volume matters less than consistency and a clear set of formats; we would rather ship ten good reels a month than thirty forgettable ones.
Both. We plan and direct on-ground shoots at your store, factory, showroom or site, and we also edit footage you shoot yourself on a phone using our shot lists. Most retainers combine one planned shoot day a month with founder or team footage in between.
It helps, but it is not required. Founder-led reels build trust fastest for services, real estate and education brands; product-led, UGC-style and voiceover formats work well for FMCG and D2C brands whose founders prefer to stay off camera. An AI digital spokesperson is also an option for brands that want a consistent face without daily shoots.
Three to seven days from shoot to delivery for a batch of reels, once scripts are approved. The first month takes a little longer because pillars, formats and shoot logistics are being set up.
Yes, and they should be. We deliver ad-ready cut-downs with the hook tightened and a clear offer, and our Meta ads team tests them alongside static creatives. Organic reels tell us which hooks earn attention before money is spent on them.
Selectively. Trending audio and formats are adapted when they fit your brand tone and your audience, and we skip the ones that would look off-brand. Original formats you can repeat are what build a following; trends are the seasoning.
D2C and FMCG brands, retail chains, real estate, education, manufacturers and B2B companies. The formats change — product demos and recipes for food, walkthroughs for real estate, founder explainers for B2B — but the process is the same.
