- **US business hours.** Our team works your workday, so stand-ups, Slack replies, reviews and launches happen in US business hours. UK hours overlap with our day too.
- **NDA before the brief.** We sign your NDA, or ours, before you share client names, designs or data.
- **Unbranded by default.** For agencies, every deliverable, report and document carries your brand. We never contact your client unless you ask us to.
